Anatol Mătăsaru declared hunger strike, stil in prison
According to Anatol Mătăsaru's wife, Julieta Saviţchi, her husband declared a hunger strike on the 24th of April. He seems to be in a hunger strike for the third consecutive day. The police still didn't let her visit him in jail.
I know for sure that now, 10 members of the European Parliament are visiting the prison #13, where Anatol is detained. A Romanian MP promised that they will try to meet Mr Matasaru. In the morning, the European delegation visited the police office, where Anatol Matasaru and other hundreds of protestants were detained, beaten and, may be, killed during the post electoral demonstrations.
